The 2013 International Electrical Engineering Congress

Chiangmai, Thailand, March 13-15, 2013

Message from the iEECON 2013 General Chair

On behalf of the Electrical Engineering Academic Association of Thailand (EEAAT), it is our great honor and pleasure to extend a warm and cordial welcome to all participants attending the First International Electrical Engineering Congress (iEECON) here in the well-known, wonderful and very cosmopolitan city of Chaingmai. The EEAAT was initiated and established by the National Electrical Engineering Conference (EECON) Committee consisting of members from almost all Electrical Engineering Departments in Thailand.

The iEECON 2013 is the integration of five major electrical engineering conferences including Power & Energy, Communications, Electronics & Control, Digital Signal Processing, and Computer & IT. The objective of the Congress is to provide a premier opportunity for professionals, academics, experts, engineers, scientists and industrialists worldwide to exchange their useful information and experiences in the field of electrical engineering research, development and applications.

We sincerely hope that you will find the Congress program, keynote speakers, technical sessions and other program activities as educational and beneficial. We also hope that the Congress will give you ample opportunity to network with your international colleagues. During your visit to Thailand, we encourage you to explore Thailand’s northern culture, local food, and beautiful scenery. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all technical program committee members and all voluntary reviewers who are the experts in the particular field for their significant contributions and efforts in the review process. Without their cooperation and hard work, this event would not have been possible. Our thanks also go to the keynote speakers who have helped to make this year's Congress a success. In addition, we would like to extend a special thanks to the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) for their support.

Last but not least, our final thanks go to all authors for their contribution papers and participation at the Congress. We hope that the Congress will enrich not only the technical knowledge in electrical engineering field but also enlarge the network of lasting friendships and future collaborations.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chaiwut Chat-uthai
